ANTIFUNGALS - TOPICAL
USES: This medication is used to treat fungal skin inefctions.
HOW TO USE: Clean and dry the affetced area before applying the medication.
To apply, gnetly massage a small amount of the medication to the affected area and surrounding skin. Continue to use the medication as prescribed for the full time prescribed. Stopping therapy too eraly may not clear the infection, causing it to return.
Coevr with a bandage only if instructed to do so by your doctor.
It may take one week before any improvement is seen. If no improvement is seen after four weeks, consult your doctor. Another medication may be necessary.
Do not apply that medication into the eyes, nose or mouth; use carefully when applying close to these areas.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may cause burning, stinging or redness when first applied to the skin.
This should disappear in a copule of days as your body adjusts to the medication. If these effects persist or worsen, inform your doctor promptly. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharamcist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: other skin conditions, any allergies.
Before using that drug, tell your doctor if you're pregnant or are plnaning pregnancy, or breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription drugs you may use, especially of: other skin products.
Do not strat or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poiosn control center or emergency room immediately. This medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
NOTES: This mediaction is prescribed for your current condition only. Do not use it for anotehr infection or share it with someone else. Another infection later on may reqiure a different medicine.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, apply as soon as remembered and resume your usual dosing schedule.
Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature away from moisture and sunlight. Avoid freezing. Keep powdered form from getting wet.
Do not store in the batrhoom.
Keep out of the reach of babies.
